We use your information to: process and fulfill your orders, contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery, calculate and apply delivery charges based on your district, and improve our service. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

Your order and personal information is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service. Data is protected by Firebase's built-in security rules and is only accessible to authorized SaltDrio team members. We do not store payment card details — all payment transactions are handled directly through bKash or Nagad.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with third-party courier services (e.g., Pathao, Sundarban, RedX) solely for the purpose of delivering your order. These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your data.
5. Coupon Codes
If you use a coupon code, we record its usage to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse. The coupon usage is tied to the order, not to your personal profile.
